Refund or recovery computation of the evacuating tenant.
Check receivable report from Purelogic for the water, sewage and cooled energy consumption by tenants and reconcile with payments to Tabreed.
Examine agreement with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate disbursement.
Handling & replenishment of petty cash.
Conduct surveys regarding the new development areas in Islamic Finance.
Assisted in the business plan for a new IT company.
Represented and introduced the firm’s services in the International Islamic Finance Forum
