It offers multiple services and solutions for B2C and B2B such as Technical Support, Customer Care and Content Moderation. Duties and responsibilities:
•Review and moderate user-generated content on a website or social media platform to ensure compliance with the company's terms of service and community guidelines.
•Remove or flag content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
•Respond to user reports and inquiries related to content moderation.
•Monitor social media and other online platforms for potential violations of the company's terms of service.
•Stay up to date with current events, trends, and emerging issues related to content moderation.
•Collaborate with other teams, such as legal, product, and engineering, to address content moderation issues.
•Use moderation tools and software to review and take action on content.
•Ensure that the content is accurate and factually correct.
•Continuously monitor, evaluate and adjust moderation guidelines.

• Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
• Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
• Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
• Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.

• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
