Working as a Senior Technical coordinator which Raka Design is a multi-disciplines Engineering firm, and it is the Cairo branch of Innovators Jeddah; a subsidiary of ABV Rock; a multi-national Contracting company.
1. Monitor and revise the project stages from Schematic design to shop drawings.
2. Manage the Design process through different project stages to ensure compliance of project designs with time, cost and quality requirements for the assigned Projects; and proper achievement of their project vision.
3. Collaborate Coordination Meeting with Consultants for Multidisciplinary Design aspects and avoid Design Errors.
4. Coordination Meeting with the Riyadh and Jeddah Team in Saudia Arabia to receive their requests and comply with their comments.
5. Revise Schematic, design development, tender documents and shop drawings.
6. Value engineering.
Work as Senior Team leader for a team consists of 10-15 team leaders and architects.
1. Architectural preparation all drawings for different phases of projects including, schematic design, working drawings and shop drawings.
2. Responsible for building assessment according to different codes
3. (IBC, SBC, ADA, NFPA 101 & 5000).
4. Scheduling resources to meet submission dates. In contact with Jeddah, KSA branch to discuss recommendations on building code requirements, zoning and material specification & technical issues as per the main Contractor & Consultant requirements.
5. Reviewing and co-ordination with multi-disciplinary professionals.
6. Ensuring the contractor complies with drawings and specifications. Planning the project production program, deliverables of each stage, and continuously monitor and taking corrective actions.
Work as a Senior Architect in a team consists of 10 Architects.
1. Architectural preparation all drawings for different phases of projects including concept design, schematic design, working drawings and detailed drawing.
2. Preparation contract drawings.
3. Plan projects according to the constraints as target dates, resources,
contracts...etc.
4. Monitor the running project to meet the target date with the best
quality by increasing the team efficiency and make historical
information to build on the new projects.
5. Develop the Architectural design, preparation all drawings for
different phases of projects including working drawings and dealing
with Egypt codes at all design phases.
6. Review and coordinate with multi-disciplinary professionals.
7. Ensure that the team is working effectively, keeping to the schedule and
budget hours.
8. Revise the Construction Document and replying to the RFI's
1. Supervision for finishing and structure.
2. Submit weekly reports.
Participated in the preparation of Architectural (working drawings) & Civil designs and the process of estimation of required Architectural & Civil materials and preparation soil report & technical report.
The main projects:
• Stadium 80000 Spectators.
• Gas Stations.
• Villas.
Minor: Designing ✓ Received courses in planning, architect & civilian
overall grade 95.6%
