MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all construction activities after receiving project approvals.
Allocate necessary project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor from the company.
Provide recommendations for value engineering to achieve budget objectives.
Ensure that projects are executed according to approved timelines, cost estimates, and quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract or PO award:
• liaise and provide follow-up with the commercial department.
Organize subcontractor kick-off meetings.
Organize weekly subcontractor meetings.
Prepare submittals in line with the baseline plan by:
• reviewing and ensuring that employer/consultant requirements are understood, complied with, and satisfied. Also, ensure that unclear issues related to specifications and drawings are sorted out.
• Ensuring all required shop drawings are produced, submitted, and approved
• Ensuring all project requirements indicated by the employer/consultant are incorporated in the detailed drawings.
• Ensuring each drawing has a unique number, revision, and date, with revisions/changes identified and indicated in the standard title block.
• Ensuring all submittals, including relevant drawings, materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and method statements are submitted to the employer/consultant and approval is obtained.
• Maintaining updated logs of drawings, materials, RFI's, method statements, suppliers, subcontractors, and payment invoices.
• Incorporating correct as-built mark-up and details as required and keeping records of work progress.
• Review subcontractor payment certificates and approve them for payment
• Preparing interim payment invoices for clients and following up until approved.
• Creating a manpower histogram and logistical requirements log.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
TENDER PHASE:
• Liaise with the tender/procurement department and follow up as needed.
Contract or PO award:
• liaise and provide follow-up with the commercial department.
Organize subcontractor kick-off meetings.
Organize weekly subcontractor meetings.

• Preparing logs for drawings/material/RFIs/method statements/suppliers/subcontractors/payment invoices, and updating them regularly.
• Ensuring that as-built mark-up and/or other details are correctly incorporated as required, and records are kept as work progresses.
• Preparing subcontractor payment certificates, reviewing and approving them for payment.
• Preparing client interim payment invoices and following up until approved.
