My main task is to achieve a successful equation to satisfy all parties.

And that was my desire to learn due to the circumstances of Covid-19, as at that time the hyper markets were the only business that continued to work and was not subject to the governmental decision to close during Covid-19 pandemic.

That was beside handling all secretary rules for the GS department and Plant department also coordinating the transportation and some of HR department reports or even to help interviewing or check the first requirement from candidates.

I have work as a CATI for two years, making about 60 outgoing calls daily per
3 hours. That mean am Gained experience of dealing with customers in
different ways. I learned that the impression of every client is different from
the other and I must deal with all the personalities tactfully.
