SUMMARY :
A service advisor is responsible for providing effective customer service. He works with a car
dealer and performs a range of duties from greeting customers, scheduling their appointments
for car inspection to answering queries in person and via emails and phone calls. The advisor
will also assist customers in getting maximum benefits of the warranty associated with the
vehicle and cost savings. He will also manage the workflow of the service center and inform
customers when to pick up their vehicles and the next service due.
The person should be have extensive knowledge of parts and components of vehicles, including
good communication, and organizational skills.
