Key Achievements: Coordination with design and engineering team, contractors and consultants to ensure workable structural and architectural shop drawings - as per project specification and client requirements - are submitted and got approved, procurement done within programme dates. Working with multi trades to develop quick and effective sequence of works with zero defects, achieving milestones by complying with company and project health and safety policies and rules - without LTI at site.

 Collaborate and coordinate with Design and Engineering team for multiple trade works shop drawings. Review and follow up for submittal and approval of materials, drawings, documents. Identifying and resolving interface issues and changes.
 Liaison with QS and Planning teams for identifying, planning and managing the resource requirements; development of short term programs and reporting on progress
 Liaison with Procurement department to ensure order and supply of resources and materials was in line with programme delivery dates.
 Liaison with MEP department, HS&E departments and QA/QC department in order to ensure civil works been done with respect to project standards, in accordance with established policies, procedures as approved by company, consultant and client

Key Achievements: Erection and Installation of 12, 000 Mt of Structural steel in 4 months without LTI. Identifying and resolving Civil/MEP interface issues and Architectural problems to overcome any possible delays to delivery dates. Achieving a total of 25 Million Manhours without Loss-Time-Incident (LTI).

 Collaborate and coordinate with Design and Engineering team for multiple trade works design and shop drawings. Help in identifying Structural with MEP and Architectural works interface issues and propose solutions.
