* Support Services: Troubleshooting and maintaining Instructional Technology equipments and software (such as PC and Mac laptops, desktops, scanners printers, Wacom tablets and plotters).
* Network, Account and Data Support Services: Provision of network and data support services for class use, students’ networked home folder and individual storage space for faculty and staff.
* Web and IT Consultancy Services: Provision of web hosting, content management, and support services for faculty as a means of serving both instructional (eLearning) and administrative purposes.
* Printing Services for the school and university community at large. This includes provision of printing resources such as High-end plotters, printers and scanners such as HP and Xerox products.
* Among other means, we used the web as a form of information dissemination to new and existing faculty/students on the list of IT resources and equipments available to them.
* We also provided technical advisory services and proposed alternatives for IT-related issues during our school’s strategic planning and budgetary process.

* Supervise, develop, and train technical staff to facilitate technology requests supporting faculty/staff computers, servers, and mediated classrooms.

* Develop and Maintain Web-based Applications for the College of Education & Human Services.

* Coordinate deployment of computers and classroom equipment.

* Administer the college's Web and Database Servers running on Linux OS, Mac OS X, and Windows 2000 Server platforms.

* Use PHP, J2EE, Java Scripts, Perl, ASP, and FileMaker Pro on systems running Red Hat Linux 9, Apache Web Server, MySQL, Windows 2000, Internet Information Server (IIS), Access 2002, Perl 5.8.0, Max OS X, Metadot Portal Server (Content Management Software), Dreamweaver, MS FrontPage and NetStudio to fulfill responsibilities.

* Provide general desktop and laboratory support for Windows and Macintosh Computers.

* Provide general IT support for members of staff, faculty and students of the College.
