DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all the mechanical service drawings submission and design
issues, which should highlight to send RFI.
• Preparation of Shop drawing for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting services.
• Revising commented drawing by incorporating consultant comments.
• Coordination with Architectural, Structural & Electrical for any changes and update drawings accordingly.
• Assisting Engineer for quantity take off for ordering materials.
• Preparation of MEP Coordination drawing & Reflected Ceiling drawing.
• Preparation of As built drawing based on the output from site..
• Site visits for the knowledge of levels for all service coordination.

Worked as a Fire Fighting & Plumbing Draughtsman in Various project like Shopping Mall, multi-storey building, Car Park, Residential & Office towers, Etc.
• Preparation of shop/design drawings as per instruction of Design Engineer by using AutoCAD 2010.
• Preparing Isometric views and Schematic diagrams for Fire fighting & plumbing service.
• Preparation detail (installation, pipe hanging, connection ans pump)drawings.
• coordinate the information of structure and other MEP service for the Co-ordination Drawing.
• Preparation of Bill of quantities for piping materials and accessories
• Preparation of Fabrication drawings.
• site visits for levels and as built drawing.
