Review the Project technical package.
Review / understand the Project Management deliverables, mainly (Schedule - Budget - Procurement plan).
Contact the supplier and prepare the technical submittals based on the BOQ requirements.
Follow up the technical submittal’s approval.
Receive the materials sourcing requests from the Projects (PRs), and the quotations from the suppliers,
negotiate (prices - lead time - payments terms) with the suppliers to get the best offer. And issue the
POs/Contracts to Suppliers.
Follow up the delivery and sub delivery milestones including the inspection results.
Initiate the supplier payment process and follow up the sourcing process till successful closing of the order.

Responsibilities:
➢ Detailed Engineering involving preparation of verification of lighting installations, lux level
calculations, voltage drop calculations, Schematic diagrams, various proposals for consultant.
➢ Provide support to the Construction Department and Field engineering to resolve technical queries and
resultant field changes.
➢ Coordination of Engineering Issues with Site team and Interface issues with various other packages.
➢ Leading a team of CAD people for preparation of Shop drawings from tender drawings,
➢ Giving design inputs to the draughtsman for preparing shop drawings for MV/Equipment’s layout,
Containments Layout, Lighting and Small power layouts and ELV system Layouts.
➢ Taking Take-off from Drawings & Cross checking with BOQ and coordinating with Commercial &
Procurement.
➢ Attending of Weekly Coordination meeting with Main Contractor and Consultant, workshop meetings
various other Contractors & Packages involved in the Project
