• Collaborated with national and international media agencies in Jordan and Spain, providing expert Arabic- English translation and subtitling services. 2- Delivered community-based programmes in Comoros and Madagascar in partnership with organisations in Spain and Brussels, through close collaboration with government institutions, civil society organisations, donors, and international partners.

3- Developed programme workplans, KPI dashboards and project tracking systems to monitor progress, strengthen reporting and improve programme delivery efficiency by 15%.

4- Supported programme operations through contract administration, budget monitoring, and donor reporting and audit preparation, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures and donor requirements while contributing to a 20% improvement in resource utilisation.

5- Contributed to resource mobilisation by preparing concept notes, technical documentation and donor proposals, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting strategic partnerships and consortium development.
