a. Filtering, filing & screening cv's
b. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
c. Helping in assessing, sieving, and interviewing candidates for available positions; and making referrals of well-qualified and skillful applicants to the respective department managers and handling positions for summer students.
d. Helping in Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
e. Attendance and Help in preparation of recruitment fair
f. Assist with the preparation of training programs, including Welcome Day and other generic programs, completing all associated administration, invitations, certificates.
g. Maintain all office equipment and an adequate stock supply in the Human Resources Department and work
h. Always communicate any problems or issues regardless of the severity to the Supervisor/Manager.
i. connecting with hotels for making reservation to gusts, annual meeting and any events
j. areas are kept clean and tidy
k. Making HR letters for the employee
l. Responsible for review attendance and absence to one of our brunches
m. Assist and attend recruitment fairs
n. Assist with all required function by the HR manager
