Managing the payroll with focus on the elements, taxes, dues, deductions, and benefits of the employees. Such as: (Monthly salary, profit share, award, incentives, bonus, and final payment) to fill the due, deductions & review.
Manage & Develop monthly pay, salary ranges, total remuneration & total payment.
Recommend & prepare compensation packages for employees on employment and resignations.
Develop, implement, and maintain Compensation and Benefits policies and practices that ensure that employees are fairly and competitively remunerated in line with their contribution and that HBE is able to attract and retain high caliber employees.
Providing management with monthly statistics such as; headcount, turnover & monitoring employees overtime practices.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems.
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
Audit payroll transactions to ensure all amounts and payment dates are accurate.
Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and any changes in employee insurance and tax regulations.
Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
Develop, Design and implement company policies & Procedures that comply with HBE business objectives.
Manage yearly HR plan & budget.
Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to both Egypt & KSA with hiring and employment data.
Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention.
Develop recruitment strategy.
Manage manpower plan & responsible of department’s budget on yearly basis.
Create & develop HRIS system across the company.
Build & develop HBE policies & procedures from scratch.
Create HBE job descriptions & company structure.
Responsible of external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Responsible of HR social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Develop college recruiting programs.
Responsible of employment events, such as career fairs
Create applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Manage relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
