Government Relations.
* Source and develop relations with senior decision makers from Governmental entity,
Enterprises For the show.
* Converting potential delegates into confirmed attendees, by building communication with accounts
on the telephone, via e-mail and at face-to-face meetings where required.
* Create and send invitation letters and all registration forms to the targeted companies.
* Responsible for translating all the show official communication/documents English-Arabic &
vice versa.
* Facilitate online applications and appointment making.
* Extensive industry research and identification of new clients to the programme, ensuring the
qualification criteria are met.
* Liaison with hotel chains, associations, agencies, corporates and publications to assist in
recruiting Hosted Buyers.
* Planning, coordinating and delivery the one to one onsite meetings between exhibitors and
buyers.
* Attending on site during the events.
* Coordination with sales and marketing on key accounts management.

Create seasonal agent brochures.
* Create marketing and promotional materials, both print & electronic.
* Work with manager and business units to make quotations for our products.
* Mapping out Tour Itineraries for our programs.
* Investigating, handling and answer guest complaints to ensure clients satisfaction and
maintaining company’s values and principles

Contributing to the company’s international seasonal contracts and brochures with the Spanish
mother company.

* Copyedit, and revise all out going communications.

Classifying and filing clients’ requests
* Designing an electronic filing system to preserve both paper and online documents
* Organizing and designing tours including booking hotels, arranging transportation, contracting,
confirming flight tickets, and issuing vouchers
* Handling all media and public relations inquiries
