Total Shipment Handover management through the execution of all operational procedures as per Customer Onboarding SOP with an advanced knowledge in Kuehne Nagel Transport Management system ( TMS)

Leadership management and direction of the supply chain process reporting directly to Managing Director, supporting the company’s activities in the most cost-effective manner, shipping and handling dangerous goods, managed, maintained, and improved supplier relations with key suppliers (responsible for MRP and reorder point reports, responsible for adding new SKUs through ERP system, controlling secure requirements for all clients/stock for market requirements, and manage incoming quality and expiration dates of inventory. helped implement the ERP system, determine BOM, and worked with purchasing and schedule deliveries)
Liaising with the Corporate Team based in Geneve the streamlined internal logistics process and offering effective solutions to eliminate unnecessary routing and reduce cost & fine charges and enhancing supply chain practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Responsible for creating more efficient procurement process, system functions & material management all from Start to End of shipment life cycle
Managed secured requirements for all clients/stock for export market requirements with general manager, Managing the materials needed and responsible for reorder point reports
