Responsibilities
•Distributed engagements among staff as doctors, nurses, patient and patient
family in everything needed and assist among them For example:
-Translating among all,
Patient sitter /Companion
Dealing with family members if an issue occurs appropriately and assure they're
satisfied
Introducing the families to my management regarding solving an issue not within
my hands and assuring them that it'll be solved
•Organized Admin/Secretarial, Receptionist tasks For example:
-Admitting patient from ER and other locations to the system
-Printing patient labels and wrist bands upon arriving
-Discharging patients to another hospital or home or deceased
-Creating chaperone notes for the visitors, family of the patient work referral
-Collect the names of the visitors/relatives staying overnight with the patient and
send an email list to Security Command Center and CC: House Supervisor on
duty and Shift Lead
-Print Vocera Staff Assignment and Patient list and hand over to the security and
assure all nurses have the talkie-walkie (Vocerra) and its battery before starting
the shift
- Preparing equipment to be used as Refill all the isolation carts with Yellow gown,
gloves, plastic apron and masks if needed. Refill the Master Supply Trolley and
do the rounds in all patient Rooms
•Arranged classes whenever a new junior employee is joined and trained 20 new
joiners from the day I started work.
Achievements
-I increased patient’s satisfaction by 50% within 12 months.
-Received 5 Recommendation and Thankful letter reward to my management by
Patient and their families
-Achieved 7 Appreciation letter from my MANAGEMENT and other Department
staff.
