Business Development responsibilities:
• Coordinating, tracking and managing information for use in Pre-Qualification questionnaires and Tenders
• Managing the group’s Business Development software
• Preparing and submitting Pre-Qualification questionnaires and Tender documents, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met
• Managing and developing key stakeholder relationships including the group executives, engineers, sales team, and prospective clientele in order to obtain the required relevant information
• Backing the Bids / Tenders with relevant marketing and communication material
• Typing and formatting Bid documents
• Producing Tender and Pre-Qualification letters, reports and presentations
• Maintaining and updating membership profiles on Tender portals
• Coordinating information for submissions (images, text, research, etc.)
• Creating, updating and reviewing staff CVs
• Proof reading submissions
Marketing responsibilities:
• Managing the group’s marketing & communication
• Preparing, managing & monitoring group marketing budgets
• Managing the group’s website design, content and updates (www.europtima.com)
• Following up on the group’s marketing plans and activities internationally (Europe & MENA regions)
• Dealing with printing houses and advertising means (magazines, newspapers) when needed
• Advising on the Marketing & Communication activities of the owners’ resort investment: Kroum Ehden Boutique Resort in the North Governorate of Lebanon, when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and updating stock & sales reports for the department’s five brands; reporting to the department marketing manager and to each brand’s international office
• Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
• Acting as the liaison between the sales team members, management, customers, advertising agencies, etc.
• Gathering weekly reports from each sales team member to monitor and control product by product expenditures vs. revenues
• Assisting the marketing manager in monitoring the sales team and customers’ sales targets
• Preparing new products’ launching; communication material, launch event organization, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Working on the group’s marketing & communication material (brochures; group stationary; websites design, follow up, and content management; newsletters; announcements; group advertisements; events and stands design, posters, flyers, gadgets, etc.)
• Participating in international events & exhibitions related to the company’s sectors of expertise
• Assessing invitations and inquiring about events and exhibitions which are of interest to the company
• Research and Development: Market Intelligence, SWOT Analysis
• Receiving, Processing and Following up on the Group proposals
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for clients, proposals and internal use
• Participating in meetings with clients
• Dealing with printing houses and advertising means (magazines, newspapers).
