KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Delivered one to one coaching to senior professionals in early learning environments to enhance performance as Education Consultant.
• Introduced and implemented outcome based activity programme across multiple establishments to enhance pupil achievement and attainment.
• Project lead for design and layout of new Children’s Centre including recruitment, training, curriculum development and staff development in line with strategic objectives. Received recognition in Ofsted report for local feeder school (outstanding grade) acknowledging value added services delivered within the Children's Centre.

• Ensured the day-to-day strategic and operational success of two centres including Ravensthorpe and Dewsbury and managed performance in delivery of services to support learning and development of adults and children.
• Led and worked with internal teams of up to 12 to enhance outcomes for children and adults using 'Every Child Matters’ standards. Offered extended services and emphasised early play, learning and interaction for children.
• Ensured children’s attainment measured and tracked through schools and worked closely with children requiring additional support to raise levels of achievement and attainment. Implemented Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement systems.

I have been teaching, training and assessing on a Masters Level Leadership Course for over 5 Years. Early Years and Social Care subjects I have delivered for over eleven years and therefore decided to complete my post-graduate teaching Qualification. My subjects of specialism are:- Leadership/Management, Early Years, Social Care and Sociology.
