Build, confirm and get approval on manpower plans based on annual growth plans and budgets.
Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment cycle.
Develop, manage and monitor induction and orientation programs.
Work with different business functions/lines to develop individual strategies that are aligned to the corporate needs of future human capital requirements.
Design comprehensive HR reports (e.g. nationalization, demographics, redundancy, headcount reports, turnover reporting, compensation and benefit analysis, etc…).
Become the project owner of corporate reporting and adherence to regulatory compliance with the ministry of Labour & Social Affairs, GOSI, HRDF, etc…).
Handle the relationship between the organization and various Manpower outsourcing services providersSalary:
SAR 23, 000 to 25, 000 per month.Additional benefits: Housing Allowance, Vehicle/Transportation Allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation, End of Service, Two yearly bonuses based on KPIs/Targets.
