· Achieve BDC recruitment targets;
· Manage Maharat Matchmaking portal for all Maharat Students;
· Conduct visits for potential clients / companies who will recruit from BDC Youth programs;
· Coordinate with the marketing department to promote recruiting services at Youth Programs.
· Develop and maintain updated databases for both program graduates and companies;
· Maintain ongoing relations with current companies that recruit from BDC youth programs;
· Shortlist qualified candidates from Maharat database that match the client's needs and requirements.
· Follow up on interns’ performance once they have been placed with a client;
· Conduct presentations and seminars to potential clients; such as awareness sessions about community college graduates;
· Organize job fairs in Amman and other governorates;
· Organize awareness sessions for private sector companies.
· Organize Train of Training workshop for private sector companies.
· Conduct survey for available online resources for youth development;
· Manage and keep Maharat matchmaking portal updated;
· Make available information resources to youth on opportunities in the private sector.
Essential Duties:
•Follow up with companies/Clients, Supporting their recruiting needs and selling them the right recruitment products & services.
•Initiate and develop a strong relationship with over than 130 customer Globally.
•Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution−oriented selling approach.
•Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs,
•Give online demonstrations to clients order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
Essential Tasks:
Initiate primarily telephonic outbound calls.
•Effectively qualify through Recruitment Needs Analysis; using value−based selling.
•Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
•Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted into CRM.
•Accurately use CRM for sales processing; keep comprehensive, accurate notes in CRM. Prepare proposal or agreements to complete sales.
•Manage growth of the business by transitioning them to be loyal customers.
•Oversee fulfillment of: Training, Customer Care, Executive Search.
Essential Duties:
•Determine client’s needs and convince them to buy our recruitment solutions.
•Meet with new clients and increase our customer reach.
•Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
•Manage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers of Bayt.com.
•Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services.
•Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
•Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
