• Maintaining a wide range оf cоmputer hardware and sоftware prоgrammes.
• Installing & cоnfiguring videо cоnference, Cоmputers, laptоps, Dоcking statiоn, Mоnitоrs
• Handling complete H.Q IT infrastructure & support activities.
• Providing IT support remotely to the staff working in remote areas in different sites.
• Setup of laptops for new starters and controlled redeploying of laptops when staff leave.
• Provide training on any software or hardware product deployed by IT to staff (to include Windows 10,
SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP and many more).
• Provide technical support on any hardware or software product deployed by IT.
• Monitor and maintain the office networks.
• Setup of user accounts in AD.
• Troubleshoot any issues and outages on any of the business's systems
