Conduct inspection for all mechanical site and fabrication yard activities such as Material receiving inspection, Pipe stringing inspection, Valve inspection and testing, Pneumatic testing, Bolted flange joint assembly, Hydrostatic testing and other mechanical related activities and Pipeline activities as per Inspection Test Plan (SATIP) using the required checklist and test report form (standard requirement).
• Raise RFI on the QMIS and prepare necessary documents (checklist, IFC drawings, reports etc.) prior to inspection on site.
• Ensure that all reference drawings used in construction are stamped Issued for Construction and conform to P&ID and other related drawings.
• Preparation of test packages like Hydrostatic testing, Tie in Package, Reinstatement package etc. prior to testing.
• Coordination with the QC supervisor any quality issues and surveillance report found on site to take corrective action and to discuss mitigation plans to avoid recurrence of the violations.
• Monitoring of all daily piping and structural activities (spools mobilization, erection, bolt up, fit up and welding, structural erection and installation) prior to submittal of daily QC report to the QC supervisor.
• Coordinate to other QC personnel (Civil, Welding and Painting Inspector) some pre-requisite activity prior to commencement of their activity.
• Coordination with the SAUDI ARAMCO PID and PMT personnel regarding all activities being done and will be done on site.
• Line verification and visual inspection of plant piping and preparing punch list after preparation.
• Raising inspection request to client in various activates of piping such as flange face inspection, internal cleaning of spool etc. before erection and welding. Preparing pre-punch list as per approved packages.
• Verifying punches are cleared at site ad assist the client to close the same.
• Coordinating with client inspection department as various stages of fabrication and getting approval.
• Inspection of the test package according to the piping class, there test limit & required pressure.
• Test package review and submission as per procedure.
• Witness hydro test service test, leak test.
• Maintaining and verifying the calibration certificates of all pressure gauges, pressure relief valve and manifold.
• Verifying water test report.
• Checking the vent and drain point location and number of pressure gauges with is use in the package system.
• Witnessing water flushing and air blowing inspection.
• Lay-up inspection of hydro test piping system as per project approved procedure.
• Inspection of reinstatement activity. Gasket installation, flow direction of in line equipment as per standard support drawing, ISO and P&ID.
Inspecting all the receiving materials, inspecting the process of installation, writing reports such as WIR(Work inspection request),
MIR( materials inspection request), IR( inspection report), punch lists for missing items or equipment, NCR( Non-Confirmative report) etc. Inspecting the unloading of the construction building on the site, Final inspection of the building, inspection of in-process inspection sheets, Check list.
Monitoring the labors during the installation process. Implementing the standards and requirements in the building. Goes along with the international standards as well as the Clint requirements. Assuring the quality of the product.

I have achieved the highest grade among other students in my field and been promoting to have a tickets to go to London, United Kingdom to attend a site to absorve the process and to have a general inspection and how to conduct an inspection to their facilities.
Studying science and engineering subjects. I was assigned in a project which involves how to improve the stability of a building during earthquake, also involved in a project in how to reduce the impact or the outcome of an unexpected action occur to an object.
