I'm leading a team to asses the risks associated with SABIC mega and global projects, the responsibilities include ensuring a proper Risk Management process is followed thro all projects from feasibility studies until execution, the process include follwoing PMI RMP PMBOK® guidelines and ISO-31000 requirements.

Keep abreast of latest national and international risk management standards to identify best-fit risk management practices for SABIC Projects.

Develop and maintain SABIC Projects risk management strategy, standards, tools, and mitigation framework in line with best practices and lessons learned.

Assess and provide advice concerning developed risk management appetite, policies, guidelines, frameworks, producers, templates, forms, and criteria for risk identification, classification, assessment, and mitigation.
