• Manage all agencies and suppliers in order to ensure best quality and value-for-money of our partnerships, this includes the production of collateral, signages, voice-overs, advertisements, etc. as well as ensuring all is within guidelines and that it is all done according to BP’s HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards.
• Campaigns - Manage different major marketing for certain projects, as well as special marketing projects. My role included managing the creative work, event management and production agencies for different events and sponsorships including BP’s 100th anniversary and the sponsorship of FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, and several low-budget-high-impact projects.
• Manage digital and non-traditional media for the region.
• Manage and interact with consumers through online forums and social networks where I manage to convert different consumers to use our brands as well as answer their technical questions and keep them updated with our promotions.
Maintain business relationships with clients by liaison with distributors to establish campaign targets, objectives and details on select campaigns.
Ensure client and organizational approval of all elements of the campaign/project.
Daily monitoring and analysis of campaign/project details, objectives, budgets, and targets.
Manage the input and feedback regarding organizational and workplace issues.
Manage consumer promotions in liaison with distributors/wholesalers.
Assure that all tasks meet the quality and efficiency standards and, at the same time, reduce cost.
Bachelors in eBusiness. I did my internship with DATEL Systems and Software, a company currently renamed to Emaratech. Then worked with them after graduation for 2 years.
