Create the conditions we required from suppliers outside the Kingdom and negotiate with them to bring shipments easier and faster for our company

follow shipments and required materials from suppliers until we receive it in warehouse

Achieve significant reductions and create big base of customer and suppliers.

Follow-up requests of the company's departments across the oracle system. And contact the suppliers to request quotations and create the contracts of purchase order with them. After confirming the items from the departments that request it. With supervision on procurement delegates. And review their bills with the cash.

1-Warehouse manager
Responsible for the receipt of the daily production from the factory then calculated and stored inside the warehouse.

2-Coordinating requests of shroom and branches and distribution to warehouse workers and checked prior to loading to match them with the bills.

3-Devised ways to keep the stock from damage and breakage during the movement.

4-Created a system of a particular order and classification of materials in a manner easy to find them.

5-And coordinate all the contents of the warehouse with my team of 12 people of different nationalities, speak with them in both language Arabic and English.

6-Supervising the drivers to take the branches order by role and matching the invoice with each order.

7-Applied the system of collective action for the team leader and member of them where i was all the time joining the staff in their duties to complete the work according to the daily plan.

Customer service credit card through IVR phone

Deal eloquent to please the customer of the service provided. And educate the client in a system of credit cards by card type and how to calculate the monthly installment after he used it .
And percentage profit added and the date of premiums related to it.

Review monthly delays in the bank system. And contact with the customers to alert them to the date payment.
And to know the problems of delay. and provide solutions to them to ensure payment of premiums by the table.

-Achieve our team the target of payments for four consecutive months and get a bonus for it.

عملت في مؤسسة ومصانع لانتاج الاثاث المنزلي والمكتبي
لمدة اربع سنوات في عده وظائف وتدرجات
كانت اولها :
(التحكم بادارة المخزون وتخفيض صرفية المواد الاساسية)
حيث قمت بترتيب مواد المستودع وتصنيفها حسب فئات وارقام
وعندما تقوم ادارة المصنع بعمل طلب تصنيع يقدم لفرقه من فرق العمل لديها كمثال :16 غرفة نوم خشب سنديان .
اقوم بحساب كم عدد المتطلبات الاساسية من المواد حيث ان 16 غرفة نوم مثلا تحتاج لهذا المقدار فقط بعملية حسابية بسيطة لعدد الابواب والادراج وهكذا.

عند ملاحظة ادارة المصنع لحرصي الشديد في تخفيض المصاريف
تم تعييني كمسؤول مشتريات ومفاوض لمتطلبات الشركة من المواد بمختلف انواعها.
وقد قمت في هذا المجال بتحقيق صفقة شرائية في المفصلات المستخدمه للابواب حيث كانت الشركة تشتريها بنحو 6 ريالات
وقد قمت اثناء بحثي بين التجار بالعثور علا منتج بنفس الجودة وبسعر 2.50 ريال وبعد فترة تمت ترقيتي
لاكون المسؤول عن عقود ومبيعات الجمله للمؤسسة حيث كانت بحوزتي فواتير البيع والبيع بالاجل وقد استطعت زيادة مبيعات المؤسسة بتقديم تسهيلات بسيطة للعملاء بالجملة حيث قمت بتمديد فترة السداد المتوجبة علا العميل بشرط زيادة كمية الطلبيات وبشرط ان لايتم سحب الطلبية التالية الا بسداد كامل مبلغ الاولى. وكذالك بادخال عملاء جدد ضمن قائمة العملاء وامدادهم بالبضائع لتحريك سوق المبيعات لديهم.

واخيرا تمت ترقيتي لاكون مساعد المدير العام في ادارة المصنع والواجهه الرئيسية للأدارة في تنفيذ متطلبات وتوجيهات المدير الادارية
والتاكد من الاعمال التنفيذية والتجارية والقيام بجميع المهام الادارية بالمصنع في اثناء سفرة للخارج للاستيراد.
واكتسبت خبرة في فن التعاملات تجارية كالبيع وعمل الصفقات الكبيرة وايضا كيفية توجية خط سير المصنع لصنع البضائع المطلوبة سريعه البيع والبضائع المطلوبة من الفروع وتجار الجمله
وكذالك استلام الشيكات وايداعها بحساب المصنع ومراجعه العملاء بالمستحقات المتاخره الا ان يتم سدادها.
حيث اقوم بمراجعه جميع التعاملات والمتاخرات مع محاسبين المصنع في نهاية كل اسبوع عمل .
