In my zone, I have 5 blocks and for each block has 50 villas.
Prepare the project schedule and work plan for contractors.
Forman on pouring concrete and prepare schedule of pouring in site.
Follow up the percentage of completion in the project and find solutions to avoid delays in delivery.
Review the approved materials for the project and coordinate with the approved suppliers and make sure to inspection the materials upon receipt MIR.
Follow up the completion steps in each villa works according to the ITP schedule from A to Z
Follow-up of contractors' work and completion rate in villas.
Coordination with contractors to increase the workforce and the percentage of completion
Follow-up work with the consultant during the delivery of the completed work WIR and follow up the consultant’s notes until they are implemented.
Follow up the workflow and ensure the completion of tasks and request materials PR and take out materials through the Scenario program.
Prepare daily reports on project status, daily concrete pouring quantity, number of workers and equipment.
Inventorying the completed works (roofs, columns, fences, and block works) and counting the materials on the site (block, iron, cement and wood)
Take the necessary decision in the event of delaying the work of any contractor.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the villas and the site during work, official government visits or scheduled visits to the owners of sold villas.
GULF CONSULT registration in all Ministries, Municipalities, Companies and Government authorities in KSA and update
Studying Saudi market trends and preparing the forecast scenario
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones for get projects.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Provide and update p roject information in company brochures.
Create process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for gas and oil
Projects.
Develop the heat and material balance for new projects (using process simulation tools such as Aspentech
HYSYS)
Perform equipment sizing calculations and prepare equipment data sheets
Perform detailed hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes, required pump duties, control valve sizing.
Basic project economic evaluation and Cost estimating.
Working with Saudi Aramco to develop (WATER CONSERVATION ROAD MAP) Program.
Preparation of process designs for potable water treatment plants including screening, pre-chlorination,
aeration, pH adjustment, sand filtration, GAC filtration, membrane filtration (e.g. reverse osmosis)..
Preparation of P&ID drawings related to the water treatment and wastewater treatment process.
conduct the sites visit and meetings with all vendors for our Projects in treatment of water
Design or select equipment for use in Treatment of Water processing to ensure compliance with
ARAMCO standards and Checking with vendor about Specification of Equipment’s.
Design the chlorination system for inject the water and discuss with vendors about Cost, time of
installation, time of project and Equipment (Tank, Mixer, Dosing Pump, Analyzer and DCC).
Installation of flow meter in ABQAIQ and ALAHSA on Raw water line, Drink water line and TSE line.

Prepare PID, PFD and LDT for Saudi Aramco projects: Detailed Engineering and Material Procurement Support for MP Gas Project; Gas Gathering Manifold Project.
Design and evaluate hydraulic calculations for equipment and pipe systems; and provide process data to other disciplines for Saudi Aramco projects: Flare Gas Recovery System Project; Replace Process Analysers Project. and satorp sadara pipeline project
Participate in Value Improvement Practices such as value engineering, Lessons Learned and HAZOP for above mentioned projects.
