• Full responsibility for the inventory (minimum - maximum - stagnant - expiration date - inventory) and complete follow-up of the procedures that are taken regarding it.
• Follow up on warehouse receipts and ensure that they comply with conditions in terms of matching quantities with the
• purchase order, quality, and expiry date entered in the system, matching them with reality, and making a report on deviations.
• Preparing a periodic report on stagnant items - items close to expiration months before their expiration - and unavailable items and following up on the action taken regarding them.
• Full responsibility for the item card and entering the minimum order and expiration date.
• Reviewing the items exported to the markets by randomly reviewing the goods and comparing them with the invoices according to their consumption rate and making a report on the deviations.
• Conduct an inventory of random samples in the warehouse on a periodic basis to ensure that the actual balance matches the book balance and prepare an inventory report.
• Full responsibility and monitoring of the implementation of inventory policies with the warehouse team.
• Full responsibility for everything related to the warehouse program in terms of following up on problem solving and development.
• Monitoring spoilage in warehouses or working to reduce it and maintain the largest amount of stock.
• Coordinating inventory committees and issuing periodic inventory reports.
• Follow up on requesting invoices for goods delivered to warehouses with a receipt and requesting invoices from the Purchasing Department.
• Create a warehouse tree to code the items in the stores for easy tracking of item movement.
• Coding the items and arranging them in a coordinated manner.
• Create a Category - Sup Category - Brand for each category and divide the categories into Excel sheets according to the Category.
• Creating a SKU + FAST NUMBER for all items, and based on this, the FASTNUMBER is linked and determined based on the Category.

•المسئولية الكاملة عن المخزون (الحد الادنى -الحد الاقصى- الراكد - تاريخ الصلاحية- الجرد) ومتابعة الاجراء الذي يتم بخصوصها كاملة .
•متابعة استلامات المستودع والتأكد من مطابقتها للشروط من حيث مطابقة الكميات بطلب الشراء والجودة وتاريخ الصلاحية المدخل بالنظام ومطابقته مع الواقع وعمل تقرير بالانحرافات.
•إعداد تقرير دوري بالأصناف الراكدة - والاصناف قريبة انتهاء الصلاحية قبل اشهر من انتهاءها - والاصناف الغير متوفرة ومتابعة الاجراء الذي يتم بخصوصها.
•المسئولية الكاملة عن كرت الصنف وادخال الحد الادنى للطلب وتاريخ الصلاحية .
•مراجعة الاصناف المخرجة للاسواق وذلك بمراجعة عشوائية للبضائع ومقارنتها بالفواتير وفقا لمعدل الاستهلاك الخاص بها وعمل تقرير بالانحرافات.
•عمل جرد لعينات عشوائية بالمخزن بصفة دورية للتأكد من مطابقة الرصيد الفعلي للرصيد الدفتري وعمل تقرير للجرد .
•المسئولية الكاملة و مراقبة تطبيق سياسات المخزون مع فريق المستودعات .
•المسئولية الكاملة عن كل مايتعلق ببرنامج المستودعات من حيث متابعة حل المشاكل والتطوير.
•مراقبة التوالف في المستودعات او العمل على تقليلها و الحفاظ على اكبر قدر من المخزون .
•تنسيق لجان الجرد و إصدار تقاير الجرد الدوري
•تدقيق البيانات حسابياً ويتأكد من صحة الأرقام الواردة في السجلات لكل صنف
•متابعه طلب فواتير البضاعه التي تم تسليمها للمستودعات بسند استلام وطلب الفواتير من قبل دائره المشتريات
