 Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
in Al-Azhar Institution.
 Writing press releases and other media communications to
promote Al- Azhar Institution.
 Developing Al-Azhar Institution websites and social media
pages to increase awareness about Institution Activates and
work areas.
 Build and execute social media strategy through competitive
research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging
and audience identification.
 Moderate all user-generated content in line with the
moderation policy for each community.
 Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media
platforms, including writing and editing social media posts,
improving customer engagement, and promoting social
media campaigns.
 Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite
Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate Al-Azhar
Institution social media presence and performance.
 Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media
marketing strategy for optimal results.
 Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in
social media.
 Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social
networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
 Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message)
based on our target audience’s behaviors.
 Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the
appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices,
and then acting on the information.
 Research and write well-written and up-to-date content for
use across all Al- Azhar communications.
 Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs,
press releases and podcasts), Manage end-to-end digital
projects.
 Maintaining a strong voice for Al-Azhar Institution in
newspapers, satellite channels, and social media platforms
through the cooperation with media officials in these
platforms.
 Establishing and maintaining relationships with, communities,
employee, and public interest groups to improve the mental
image of Al-Azhar in the media.
 Support with events as required, and responding to requests
for information release or press conferences from the media
or designating a spokesperson or source of information and
maintaining good relationships with the media.
 Planning and directing the development of programs to
maintain favorable public and stakeholder views of Al-Azhar
institution agenda and accomplishments.
 Coaching my other colleagues in Al-Azhar on effective
communication with the public and the official media that deal
with the institution.
 Preparing and editing organizational publications, including
employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal
and external audiences.
 Plan and implement advertising strategies, campaigns,
calendars, and social media to increase audience
engagement with Al - Azhar activities.
 Creating or supplying calendar to content team for on-trend,
relevant, and compelling social media status updates.
 Developing and producing high-quality, informative, and
interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials.
 Organizing international events, press conferences, visits and
exhibitions held by Al-Azhar Institution throughout the year
 Analyzing media coverage and developing responses when
needed.
 Creating presentations, articles, reports, and information for
websites, blogs, and social media accounts.
 Creating and Managing PR budgets, deadlines, objectives,
and schedules.
 Support H.E. Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and other leaderships to raise their profile with internal and external audiences to
ensure their messages reach properly.
