Start-up and operation of lifts
Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of lifts
Periodic checks and inspections of lift systems
Identifying and repairing electrical and mechanical faults and replacing damaged parts.
Upgrading and refurbishing old lift systems
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain and/or modify existing Geographic & Customer Information Systems (GIS)
databases.
•
• Perform various GIS related activities including, but not limited to: GPS field data collection, GIS data
creation and conversion, and GIS data management and quality control.
• Assist Project Managers in the installation, configuration and other third party software applications.
• Provide client technical support for software & hardware products.
• Consistently track progress daily, and provide weekly reports to management.
• Communicate effectively, both written and oral, with project team and management staff.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor
and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other approved duties as assigned by GIS Manager.
Skills:
• Knowledge of computer applications and functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook, ESRI, CAD, and other related software.
• Professional GIS experience in the utility sector is also a plus.
• Ability to analyze deficiencies in GPS data and to interpret spatial point data.
• General understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and datums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a detail-oriented environment with a high level of accuracy.

A several tasks signed upon me during my time in the company, it is one of the biggest Queue management systems Industry in Turkey and Europe.
* Meetings customer IT Department, Clarifying technical system requirements, methods & procedures that will be followed by the company implementing the contract.
* Follow-up customer complaints, write a report on the causes & how to avoid it in the future.
*Direct, manage, instruct maintenance teams to insure to reach & repair the problems in a short time.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Installed, operated & maintenance a lot of the Queue management systems:
* I've installed & operate Queue management systems in Ministry of Social Affairs fifteen branches all around United Arab Emirates.
* Install, repair & operation of the Queue management system at the headquarters of the General Command of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.
* Install & operation Queue management systems in three branches of the Arabian Travel Agency Ltd.
* Ongoing support for clients through the provision of technical support 24 hours per day 7 days a week.
* I traveled to over twelve countries for the installation & implementation of the company's systems in Nigeria, Togo, Somalia, Ethiopia & Qatar... etc.
SKILLS USED:
* Preparing, install & run the SQL database.
* Preparing & configuring network routers & other Queue management devices.
* Designing the background & micro setting for the Queue management system,
using network command to determine and resolve problems.
* Pull wire through conduits & through holes in walls & floors to connect power & data to the counter display LCD's in order to connect it to the kiosks and other Queue management systems requirement.
* Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components.
* Connect electrical power to audio and visual communication equipment, signalling devices and Queue management systems.
* Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
* Install electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems, using hand tools, power tools, or soldering irons.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Follow-up workers, technician & dividing appropriately in different work sites.
* The implementation of signed contracts between the company & customers according to terms of the contract & make sure the workflow on schedule.
* Supervision elevator shaft measuring process, determine cabin size, engine specifications, circuit breakers, cables and control boxes. and Prepare engineering drawing for it.

In this relatively short period of time I install, maintenance & rehabilitation of more than hundred elevator. Dealt with Products more than seven companies Products, as Synthesis between different pieces in order to complete the work as required. And I am proud to say that I learned of the company's staff, colleagues and subordinates a lot of practical experience.

* Use Proteus simulation program & establishment of micro-controllers & test programs & analysis of electronic circuits.

* Speed up work in workshops & increase the efficiency of machines & exploited optimally to meet needs of the project.
* I have the honor to say that in this period worked with Engineers from Turkey, China, Egypt, UK, and I learned a lot from them. and that the engineering is not only science but also an art & philosophy of creating.
* I ve the honor to say that 54% of the Al Dbasin bridge project which link between the two sides of the White Nile was in my period in the company.
*I worked and I feel pride and humility for the participant on such thing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintenance generators control systems, after filling the delivery form & following it-up inside workshop until the end of the rehabilitation process.
* Writing status report for each generator, materials & time-consuming maintenance and send a copy to the management.

* Pull wire through conduits & through holes in walls, floors & ceiling for lighting, air conditioning, plugs, fans...ect.
* Install Circuit breakers, Fuses & hangers to support & protect electrical equipment.
* Splice, join and connect wire to fixtures and components to form circuits
Test continuity of circuits using test equipment to ensure compatibility & safety of system, following installation, replacement or repair.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
* In this period I make electrical wiring for countless new houses, buildings and all housing requirements. as air conditioning, heaters, furnaces, lighting and other devices.
* I Make also extensions & cabling in a large number of shops, shopping malls requirements of plugs, computers, networks, Cameras monitoring, alarm systems, fire systems and many others.
