Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Retain top talent through employee engagement, L&D and succession planning.
HR consultation: Offer HR insight to business leaders, people managers and employees.
Talent Acquisition (Regionally): Source, Short-list, and Interview potential candidates.
Employee Engagement: Engage employees with the organization through offering various activities.
Succession Planning: Identify high potential employees in the organization and work with management to prepare them for future roles through adhoc projects and necessary trainings.
