• Attending the all assigned breakdowns promptly, carry out necessary repair works and ensure that equipment is returned to service as soon as possible, while ensuring all safety precautions are taken.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Service Station Equipment’s including:
• Fuel control panel, submersible turbine pump, fuel dispenser, tank gauging system, fire alarm, fire pumps, access control system, standby generator, emergency lightings, air condition, UPS, chiller units, switch gear and MCC.
• Inspect, monitor and follow-up the maintenance contractors to ensure that required standard of work is provided and all reported problems are rectified
• Conducting daily Tool Box Talk with team leaders and Technicians Providing Necessary Tools (Electrical & Mechanical) for work execution.
• Allocating the team for Daily Inspection, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Activity based on Maximo Planned maintenance schedule.
• Allocating the team for Airfield Ground Light corrective work based on CMS system as well reporting by ATCT and Airside operation team.
• Allocating the team for Outdoor lighting high mast & low mast pole lights daily inspection and corrective work.
• Provide assistance to team in in case Break Down and Corrective of newly installed ground power units & pit system.
• Conducting daily Tool Box Talk with Technicians Providing Necessary Tools (Electrical & Mechanical) for work execution.
• Delegates duties to the staff by providing daily job allocation.
• Receiving Break down Call from Technical Help Desk (THD) and sending team at site for Rectification and Getting Feedback from technicians to meet KPI based on Maximo.
• Monitoring the repeated breakdowns, assigning the team for troubleshooting and preparing the RCA (Route Cause Analysis and FAR (Fault Analysis Report) for Management and client as per requirement.
• Assisting and providing the guidance to team for breakdown and troubleshooting passenger boarding bridge in critical situation on flights arrival/departure.
• Supervised the team for annual/semi-annual/quarterly/weekly/daily basis of preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Conducting the Job site Audit and monitoring the safe/unsafe activity till Completion of Breakdown/Corrective/Preventive Maintenance activity.
• Carried out annual/semi-annual/quarterly/weekly/daily basis preventive maintenance of PBB (passenger boarding bridges) Ground Power Unit and Pre-Conditioned Air Unit as per manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• On the spot fault troubleshooting of electrical circuits of PBB (passenger boarding bridges) Ground Power Unit and Pre-Conditioned Air Unit while flights operation.
• Hardware and software calibrations of the passenger boarding bridge limits based various types of Sensors (magnetic, proximity, laser & ultrasonic) operated by PLC (Modicon, Schneider Electrics)
• Working on various types of 400Hz power converters, power coils, and ground pit systems.
• On the job training from different venders (Jet way power system, AXA power & Cavotec Germany & INNET USA).
• 400Hz power converter unit health & performance testing with Jet way Power USA vender
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of MOTORS including:
(Overhauling / Field servicing (MV & LV) Temperature monitoring, inspection and troubleshooting of Power and Control circuit).
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of 6.6/0.44 KV and 6.6/11KV TRANSFORMERS including:
(Oil Die-electric test, Inspection, Installation, Termination, Oil & Silica gel replacement and Temperature monitoring)
• Gas Turbine Generators 6.6 KV, 20/27 MVA of GE & BRUSH PPT-SCT Based Compound Source Static Excitation System & EX2000 Excitation Control System (GE).
• Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Diesel Generators with auto main failure control system.
• Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting of L.V switch gear, MCC, circuit breakers, Magnetic Contactors and motor starters, with Different Interlocking Circuits (Auto Cut in/Cut Out) on Level, Pressure and Vibration.
• PM, CM & troubleshooting of frequency controlled VFDs and soft starters, Functions parameters, operational checking Parameters setting in VSD / soft starters, faults troubleshooting.
• PM, CM & troubleshooting of DCP & UPS (400KVA) with 600Ah backup battery bank.
• PM & CM PLC based Automatic Fire and Suppression System.
PROJECT OF OIL FIELD FACILITY INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT’S.
*• Installation, bus bar connection, incoming, outgoing feeders, power and control termination of cable, protection and monitoring relays setting & testing of Switchgears 6.6/0.440Kv (Siemens, ABB, AREVA).
• Interlocking Circuits (Auto Cut in / Cut Out) on Level, Pressure and Vibration. Knowledge about 440V LV Switchgears with Secondary Selective Scheme.
• MV & LV Motors Installation, cable termination, control cable loop testing, motors protection settings and solo run testing of Motors up to 250KW LV & 1.2MW MV (Siemens, ABB & GE)
• Digital H.T & L.T Insulation Tester, Digital Earth Resistance Tester, Digital T/F Oil Tester, Phase Sequence Indicator, Induction Bearing Heater, Vibra Pen, Laser Temperature Gun, Digital Clamp-on Meter, Digital Multi meter.
