• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Performing administrative tasks
• Maintain a Team Building Session for Employee engagement purposes
• Process all employee separation documents; end of services
• Coordinate with Payroll to execute final settlement for concerned employee
• Answer all queries from all employees in relation to Human Resources Operations’ policies and procedures
Other tasks
-Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
-Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
In addition to following up with tasks of HRIS officer
Responsibilities:
-New Joiners
Signing Contract, do the formalities before joining Date
Welcome new joiner on the first Day, fill in formalities and prepare his/ her employee file
Provide induction about AUM, HR, Policies, and Probation to the new joiner on the first Day
Keep information updated on tracker
-Probation
Update Tracker of Probation
Communicate new joiners, Managers about probation due dates and process
Send confirmation Email of completed probation
-Exit
Update Tracker
Explain the process of residency Transfer / Cancelation for exit employees
Meet Employee to know the reason and if there is any special request (exit interview)
Send exit acknowledgment and do the needed formalities on the last working day
-Assists in ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities;
-Prepare, maintain and update employee data for the HR information system.
-Assists in oversight of maintaining complete and accurate employee data;
-Recommends new and improvements to existing HRIS processes and policies;
-Trains system users on new processes and procedures;
-Support the team in providing day-to-day guidance, support and direction to senior management and employees on all HR related matters
-Provide coaching and guidance to senior managers on career development plans, training courses and other learning and development initiatives
-Carry out required disciplinary activities
-Coach mangers on probation period, ensuring reminder emails are sent

Coordinate Business meeting within trading department & with other department:

2.Prepare Agenda & Minutes Of Meeting.
3.Follow Up results & Tasks.
•Prepare Presentation within trading dept. as requested by Dept. Team Leader
•Coordinating all activities with the Marketing and PR teams (product communications such as Brochures, flyers, catalogs & mega log )
•Coordinate all product knowledge activities including supplier or traders trainings with the operations team as well as calendar of exhibitions or fairs.
*Maintain a professional image, exhibit excellent customer service skills,
*Pay close attention to details and manage deadline well.
