Participate in art programs hosted by the learning and outreach department while also assassinating administrative tasks.

• Receives and addresses admission queries from families through personal visitations, telephone calls, email, or messaging platforms as per school protocols.
• Provides accurate information to parents/visitors/ applicants about schools admissions policies and procedures.
• Records and validates all Expression of Interest(EOD) forms received from applicants as per EAA EOI validating and recording guidelines.
• Conducts preliminary interviews with applicant families to assess potential financial eligibility for admission.
• Ensures document collection checklist is complete upon receiving documents from applicant family. • Ensures signing of any legal undertakings from the families
• Investigates with thoroughness the financial eligibility of applicants and ensures justifications are provided for relevant income/expense items
• Contacts families for any further verification of the collected documents

-Communicate with the Qatar incubator center and transfer the companys developments to them.

Hamda has been a valuable team member. Working on a new location to build new business is not an easy task for a fresh graduate but Hamda has proved herself to be motivated, diligent and productive.
