working as Tenders, Contracts & Cost Control Coordinator as the following:
1.Responsible for the Handling of Tender documentation like Enquiries, Queries, Clarifications from (Client & Supplier).
2.Matching the specifications of Supplier’s items with original tender requirement.
3.Matching the quantity between B.O.Q (Bill of Quantity) & Drawings.
4.Responsible for Finalization of factors for pricing with coordination of our seniors.
5.Send all enquiries to subcontractors/suppliers.
6.Follow up with subcontractors/suppliers and receive competitive prices from them in time.
7.Prepare suppliers/subcontractors comparison sheets.
8.Preparation of contract documents incorporating the effect of all negotiations, clarifications and qualifications.
9.Preparing of the formal contracts documents Responsible for Preparation of quotation or Commercial as per Client / Tender requirement.
10.Coordinate the job in the company between Project Manager and the Company Clients and between the Project Manager and the Company Suppliers.
11.Responsible for preparation of different kind of reports as following:
•. Project Report
•. Projects Status
• Handling of Time Sheet for the company workers.
• Sales and Marketing Plane.
• Generating Daily Report as per tender status & closing dates
12. Coordination between Sales, Marketing persons and Suppliers.
i was working in the largest company in the middle east for producing plastic and paper (AL-Sharq Company) This Company consist of 9 Factories, 8 of them located in Riyadh KSA and one of them located in Dubai UAE, this company has more than 2000 employees, and 300 machines, our regions sales in Arab countries, Europe, Asia, U.S.A and Canada, I start working from 10-may-2003 up to now, and the following task I’m handling.
A) the first aim is to achieve customers atisfying which lead to increase the sales volume and the profitability of firm.
B) To make study about the consumers avior in order to see which kind of the products the consumer like and the product they do not like it and this will help the management to focus only on the fast moving products instead of producing non-moving items .
C) preparing sales forecast for the coming
year .
D) creating market strategies for the firm in order to penetrate the local market and increase the share of the company in the market
E) gathering the data from the local market and the foreign market in order to help the management to prepare the benchmark for each product and that will give the firms strong point to compete in the local and foreign market.
f) helping the management to utilize unused capacity by producing products with low contribution margin (less selling prices ) in order to utilize the capacity
g) providing costing department the sales forecast and the selling price to help
them to calculate the break even point and in which level of sales the firms will cover the fixed cost.
h) to coordinate between the salesmen and the production department in order to deliver the goods to the customer (on agreed time)
i) doing market research for new products in order to see how to promote it in the market
Main Responsibilities:-
Support & help staff in computer issues
Troubleshoot and maintain computers and printers
Document problem, reasons, solution, and oidance methods
Network cabling preparation
Configure network IP address, proxy, gateway, firewall rules and VLANs
Customize policies and security permissions through windows environment.
Ensure secured access and performance in all systems
Install and configure antivirus solution
Backup users' data
Monitor performance and reliability of servers and workstations
Required Skills :--
Knowledge of network infrastructure, WAN, email, firewall, office automation
system setup, and operation
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software.
Experience within security operations and management
i have a proven track record of delivering the highest standards of IT support with a thorough knowledge of IT processes and methodologies
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing networking solutions
Practical experience with LAN/WAN / network administration
Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to be a team player and willingness tolend a hand with any project
