1- maintain daily log of all issues in daily log book and daily log report by mail and whatsapp group .
2- this lead to effective support to the head of operation to achievement of a high standard of control within the company.

1) spot checks .
1- spot checks on food and beverage to ensure compliance with franchise standard.
2- conducting regular spot check on cash and shift account.
so that to prevent the theft, increase or decrease, happy in the daily revenues.

1) maintain daily log of all issues, pending and current.
2) follow daily opening, running and closing procedures.
3) support head of operation with updating stock requests.
4) coordinate with HOO for daily needs of issues.
- monthly tasks.
1) writing stuff schedule under supervision of HOO.
2)keeping records of stuff tardiness of absence and reporting those to HOO.
3) administer and coordinate inventory of F.O.H. stock with each department.
