to those with severe-to-profound hearing loss.
My work was with the local distributor in Egypt has many
parts:
A- Trouble Shooting:
B- Fitting, software and programming
C- Attending implant surgeries, measuring Impedance and NRI

It was a collection agency one of many branches in 6 Arab
countries its head court is in UAE it works with banks
and corporate as external collection agency, my job
was divided into 3 sections :
1. Marketing supervisor:
Following up with the marketing teams, analyze the progress
week by week and giving the required advising to make the
progress process goes faster.
2. Collection Supervisor & Operation MGR:
Following up with the collection teams and observing the
collection process, making sure that every collector reach his
target whether by encouraging or discounting " Carrot or
intimidation" policy
3. Administration:
* Making reports about the market and collection process.
* Making two monthly reports about the target and every
member achievement whether market or collection.
* Connecting with our clients in the financial matters like

I worked in Cairo Branch till Alexandria Branch Opens from June 2011 till Oct 2011 In this period I got trained on( Fitting+ taking Impressions for Ear Molds + Primary Maintenance on Hearing Aids + primary laboratory skills on Shells and Ear Molds + Administration + finance + FM collection) I started in Alexandria Branch as Office Manager My Duties were as follow: 1- Making sure that work flow goes in a proper way from A to Z. 2 Laboratory quality control “makes sure that all laboratory items match our Brand qualifications and turn back any items with manufacturing mistakes”. 3- Customer service Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction. 4- Market Supervision. 5- Clients Issues and problem solving “Doctor satisfactions” 6- Finance Reports. 7- Store keeping. That was from November 2011 till August 2013 Starting From September 2013 till Current time my job was changed to operation manager I kept doing the same duties except the finance part and the store keeping.
