Integrated Management
• Creating and executing strategic plans for projects with revenue of AED370 million.
• Translating high-level business requirements into design and technical specifications.
• In charge of project governance: Identifying project duration, operations, sequences and integration coordination between interdependencies work streams to meet project requirements
• Managing budgetary objectives and making adjustments to the project scope, schedule and costs by implementing real time financial analysis throughout the project life cycle.
• Reporting to executive management and stakeholders on the progress of various projects through formal status reporting and measurement by creating and sharing a multitude of reports including: Performance status report, progress report, variance report, trend analysis, forecast report, and earned value report.
• Participating in Proposal evaluation techniques such as understanding technical requirements, organizational capabilities, management approach, financial status, life cycle, cost, production capacity, warranties, and past performances.
• Managing procurement, analyzing requirements, assessing options and developing the best procurement route to meet the projects quality standards, costs and schedules.
• Finalizing contracts specifying terms and conditions which ensure that the contract contains all the project requirements with incorporating risk mitigation and allocation of risks into the contract which help tailoring the contract to the uniqueness of every project.
• Applying effective negotiations skills driven by a thorough business acumen and vast experience in construction project management.
• Managing project teams: the process of tracking team members’ performance, providing feedback, resolving issues and managing changes to optimize project performance, enhance and implement conflict management and project performance appraisal.
• Leading “out of the box “thinking to challenge norms and bring automation solutions to business problems through solutions and actively listening to business needs and impacts
• Hold team building activities and continually develop leadership skills by empowering team members through training, mentoring and overall support.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations via formal and informal auditing across multiple business and technical teams, generating reports, tracking metrics and providing corrective actions recommendations when necessary.
• Confirming project work is complying with the specifications of either the British Standard (BS) or the American Standard (AMS).
• Handing off completed project by generating project closure report, ensuring proper closure of payments, procurement, and completing final performance reporting
