Launched Bazaar’s entire Ecommerce ecosystem from zero: Magento store, Flutter App, and operational roadmap.
Led ERP assessments and selected Foucas Cloud 9 to meet multi-company + budget constraints.
Built catalog taxonomy, SKU logic, attributes, and end-to-end data model (no catalog existed before).
Implemented Marketplace model and full API integration with mobile app.
Created multi-company ERP tree with separate inventory/operations but unified Ecommerce sync.
Achieved a revenue increase of over 37% within the first 7 months compared to the previous full year.
