- Promoting and selling Software solutions, Cisco, Microsoft, Bluecoat, EMC, F5 and networking solutions.
- Managing multiple accounts, creating demand and being the trusted consultant for customers.
- Maintaining and building contacts in the market for whom new soluions, services and technologies are
Promoted.
Design and Architect new IT solutions to improve customers’ business efficiency and productivity.
- Consult customers and prospects on the best way to leverage new information technologies to better
serve their business.
- Conduct Workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios,
Competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- Follow a systematic methodology in defining projects’ scopes and objectives.
- Decompose high-level business and Stakeholder requirements into functional requirements specified in
an appropriate level.
- Helping in projects’ management process covering planned timescales and required resources.
- Responsible for users’ training and their feedback.
- Meets with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
