Responsibilities

Project Assets Management
• Weekly and Monthly based vehicles (Cars, Vans, Small Trucks and Forklifts) Inspection and raising defects to the Transportation and Logistic department for immediate maintenance.
• Arranging Staff IDs for Community, PLANT, RIGs and OFFSHORE Areas, ID renewal and cancellation during their vacation.

• End to End (from warehouse to the user location) Equipments deliveries, specially for PLANTS, RIGs and OFFSHORE areas (like Shaiyba, Haradh, Pump Station 1-12, Khursaniya, Juaiymah.
Project Procurement
• Approving Safety shoes, Helmet, Electrical & IT Tool Kits and Hand Trolleys.
Project Reports and Analysis
• Monitoring Project daily expenses report including fuel, food, trip allowance
• Monitoring Project daily assignment report from all the staff through out the Kingdom.
• Project Cost control minimizing project expenditures with the passage of time
• Preparing Weekly Project reports for Executive Staff
• Reports analysis and comparing to the projected outcome
Customer Care and Support
• Monitoring the Engg/Tech services which they are providing to the ARAMCO customers
• Taking feed back from the ARAMCO customers on the basis of the services provided by our Engg/Tech
• Coordination with ARAMCO Follow Up Group, ARAMCO Customer Care & Follow Up Group, ARAMCO Customers and other Executive Support Admin
• Handling all the Parts/Data lost/failure issues, and alternately providing the fast and safe solution to the customers, tracing problem bottle neck and resolution.
• Arranging hot spare and backup equipments for critical areas AND Special Support for NBD Warranty Claims.
• Specially support during Public Holidays (EID) and Ramadan.
• Arranging bench repairing for equipments complicated problems and providing backup unit as par agreement.
