Working as backend person for IT administration of an advertising company. The main role is to manage the internal IT related tasks and remote servers of the company. Also providing technical assistance to the employees.
Responsibilities:

• Ensuring deployment of VPN-Tunnel client at MAC, Ubuntu, IOS, Windows and Android.
PBX (VOIP) Server
• Free PBX, TrixBox.
• Deployment of PBX in virtual machine or physical machine behind NAT/Firewall or direct with router.
• SIP & IAX accounts in both server and client applications for Windows Android and IOS.
Email Servers
• MailEnable, Kerio Mail Server
NVR, Video Server.
NAS Server RAID, also in Virtual Machine.

Installation and deployment of Windows, Ubuntu and MAC applications
Installation of Customer ROM/Custom Recovery in Android.
Problem Solving with Remote Desktop or remote Applications.
Live view / Recording of PCs for any subspecies activity.
Remote Assistance or physical technical assistance for staff
Ensuring Necessary upgrades for OS, Software, Antivirus and Hardware
Maintaining Backups of Databases, Media and call records
Maintaining rights of individuals to access Network resources i.e. Printers, photocopier, scanners, NAS and PBX etc.
Examining health check and diskspace of Storage devices for of Servers HDD and NAS to enhanced whenever its required

Work as part of a proactive team of support staff responsible for delivering a high quality, customer-focused professional services. Providing highest level of technical support to internal staff.
Duties:
• Management & maintenance of Critical Windows based Server Environment. Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines.
• Superior troubleshooting and technical support abilities, network connectivity, security and database applications.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis to hardware/software network failures, and provide resolutions.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of system network components.
• Monitored the LAN/WAN network environment including routers, switches, firewalls, intranet, and Internet access and software applications.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Assign and configurations of directory services.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers.
• Installation, configuration and sharing of network and individual printers, scanners and cameras.
• Maintaining the devices’ drivers updated.
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
