Understands project requirement scope of work, Supervision & inspection over all site activities with approved IFC & shop drawing, Method statement, ITP, JSA, QSC and work plan.
Supervision of all diversion roads for traffic opening of new construction road layout. Also, for construction work TDP.
Site supervision Starting before of Roadway construction scanning of all utilities work, relocation and protection work as per approved drawing and method statement.
Supervision of Road Works Sub grade, Formation, Subbase, CBGM, Road Base and Asphalt work for all phases with QCS & QC comply up to wearing course pavement finish Road marking and Signage work.
Site surveillance of all work notice of the work quality making Observation Notice ON, and NCR.
Checking of all material delivered to the site as per MIR.
Inspection of completed works, prepare snag list, as build drawing verified on site and handing over to operating Authority.
Making daily diary reports, taking site photographs on daily basis and reporting to ARE.
Site Safety practices and the procedure of the work. Report any unsafe work concerns to the Safety team ARE.
Supervision & Inspection of all material delivered to the site as per MIR, Supplier Certificate and Delivery Note, Recorded. Taking sampling of Material as per QCS.
In charge of all Lab Testing supervising of Steel, Concrete Durability test, Cube Strength, FDT and Aggregate.
Supervision of Road works Sub grade, Formation, Sub-base, CBGM, Road Base and Asphalt work for all phases of QA and QC comply form enabling (sub formation, formation level, Sub-base, base course and wearing course pavement finish.
Checking of Interlocks pavement work, sand bedding and pattern of the work.
Supervision & Inspection of Foul water, Storm water Line Manhole, Pipeline Excavation & Backfilling work.
Site surveillance of all work notice of the work quality making

Site supervision conduction’s prior to start of construction activities checking for obstructions taking photographs of existing property condition that might be damaged by the work and make sure all existing structures, Property, Utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
Supervision Inspection the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the contract documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.
Checking of all obstruction of services like water line, electricity cable and telecom ducts for relocation and protection coordinates with concern Authority.
