and execution of the whole works by planning, directing, supervising and controlling the different
departments (contract, project control, health, safety & environment, administration and
construction) for completing the works within budget and on-time. Also advices and directs the client
on all technical and contractual matters.
A) MODON Jeddah 3 Projects for the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON);
Infrastructure Works. SAPL was contracted with MODON for providing Supervision Consultancy
Services for several projects in Jeddah, KSA.
On-going Projects:
1) Link Roads Project. The cost of this project is SAR 120 million. This project involved the
construction of 42km of roads, bridge & two interchanges and box culverts.
2) Infrastructure Project. The cost of this project is SAR 100 million. This project area is 5.9
million m2 and involved the construction of 37km of sewer and a pumping station, 46km of
storm and 4 no. ponds, 36km of potable water and 32km of telecom.
B) Completed Project. North Jeddah Airport Project for the Ministry Of Housing (MOH);
Infrastructure Works. The cost of this project is SAR 338 million. SAPL was contracted with MOH
for providing studying, designing and supervision services for 11 projects throughout KSA. I am
responsible for overseeing the project management and execution of the whole works for North
Jeddah Airport Project. This project area is 2 million m2 and involved the construction of 15km of
sewer, 30km of storm, 24km of potable water, 16km of irrigation, 57km of MV electric, 70km of
telecom and 22km of roads.

Managed the overall budgeting, planning, execution and handover of several
projects (eight projects running at the same time) for the structural steelwork erection with over 350 staff and
labour on different sites. Liaised with the engineering and procurement departments on the design, drawings
& materials delivery and the commercial department for payments, etc. Managed subcontractors and
suppliers. Dealt with clients for all contractual and site issues. Completed projects safely, to the agreed
quality, on time and within budget.
Managed the following major projects: a) Abu Dhabi Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi, 1500 tonnes. b) The Land
Mark Tower Project, Abu Dhabi, 1200 tonnes. c) Jafza Convention Centre and Office & Hotel Complex,
Dubai, 1700 tonnes. d) Al Ghurair City Expansion (phase II), Dubai, 600 tonnes. e) Paris Sorbonne University,
Abu Dhabi, 850 tonnes. As well as other projects.

Project Manager (Infrastructure/Airport Works). This contract involved the construction of the
infrastructure works for the airport, 102 km of storm water, 49 km of sewer and 90 km of irrigation pipelines
and associated manholes. Also 6 no. ponds, the underground pumping stations and oil water separators and
the associated electrical and mechanical works.
