Achievements:
• Successfully conducted and completed the Business Unit (BU) budgeting exercise for 2014 and 2015 for all direct and indirect costs
• Designed and developed the operational plan for sales whereby the segment level targets were defined based on newly implemented verticalized segments

Achievements:
• Successfully conducted primary and secondary research “Customer Feedback Program” by visiting 19 ICAP trading lounges in Riyadh and held in depth interviews with customers. Received appreciation from Head of Marketing and CEO on the success of the program and the suggestions put forward
• Redeveloped and redesigned the Account Opening Term and Conditions contract
• Revamped the Alitithmar Capital IVR script and navigation, account opening and activity based trading text message scripts
