Under the direction of the Administration Manager, administer benefit programs and related reports. Assist Admin. Manager as needed to complete other HR activities. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Major responsibilities include:
oPreparing and Maintaining the Payroll, leave salary and Gratuity.
oPassing the transactions for accrued & paid Salaries, Closing of Accounts(End of Service).
oReconciliation of staff ledgers.
oMaking settlements for employees.( Vacation & End of Service)
oAssist the Admin. Manager in the daily operations(office & sites).
oCoordinate and Assist in finalizing employee relation matters.
oAssist the personnel department in recruitment procedures.
oSubmission of request for labour guarantee to the banks.
oDealing with various Banks.
oHandling Cash(Withdrawal, Deposit, receipt and payments).
oPreparation of various reports as and when required by the Administration Manager.
Coordination with the Senior Auditor, directs the activities of the audit clerks. Responsibilities include:
Assist in conducting an external audit of the clients.
Audit of financial statements including reviews of quarterly information.
Preparation of statutory report and concurrent report for the audited Banks.
Checking and comparing all forms of accounts with reference to the statements.
Checking all payments and expenditures.
Checking the assets and liabilities.
Checking and valuation of Stocks.
Coordinating a team of audit clerks, giving guidance to them and reporting to the superiors.
Checking the internal auditor’s report.
Finalizing the audit, recommending internal controls, discussing audit observations, preparing the financial information, writing reports and attending the annual general meeting of the corporations.
