 Achieved highest ever rating in International EH&S audit for Jhelum Factory
 Achieved 73% reduction in load shedding hours by using relationship & close liaison with WAPDA & SuiGas authorities
 Successfully installed & commissioned first ever facility management system for Jhelum factory. This integrated system has information of all manufacturing services including power consumption, faults, flow reading, temperatures, etc.

Production Manager - Jhelum Factory at Pakistan Tobacco Company

Plan and manage Shift operation in SMD to achieve output targets within agreed limits of quality, cost, EH&S and productivity.

 Lead his shift as Production Manager JF in achieving 2.0 billion milestones for SMD-JF in May-07. Achieved highest ever CPMH of 24, 724/-, lowest ever WM waste of 1.45 & highest ever production of 2.062 billion.
 As part of JF waste reduction project, lead 'cigarette waste reduction project' in last quarter 2008. Key activities included control of leftovers, improved loose ends, material & product rejections, etc. JF achieved lowest ever WM waste of 1.6%.
 Successfully lead 5S implementation project in JF which has resulted in improved housekeeping standards & reduction of unnecessary items in Jhelum resulting in productivity improvement. JF is the first site in Pakistan to achieve 5S certification.
 Launched Bright Ideas in JF (Emp. Suggestion Scheme) along with a cross functional team from SMD, PMD, EHS, HR & CBA. This scheme received more than 550 suggestion in 6 months. Scheme is aimed at employee engagement.

Production Manager - Akora Khattak Factory at Pakistan Tobacco Company

 As part of SCOR project ‘Contributors’ installed & commissioned online cig. waste monitoring system on making & packing machines for reduction in overall cig. waste. AKF achieved lowest ever WM waste of 1.99%.
 In implementation of Project ‘Slender’ manning reduction phase, prepared scenarios during the agreement phase & lead his shift in successful & seamless implementation of revised crewing in SMD-AKF. It resulted in 20% manning reduction.
 Prepared comprehensive improvement plan to improve performance of his shift in AKF on the basis of employee assessment activity & TNA which included balance strengths, highlighting machine issues through focus groups.
 Initiated & successfully replicated in all shifts, Quality Circle Meeting (QCM) in AKF & than JF
