E&C Project: Plime - Rabigh. The Project Consists of Plant Building, New Warehouse, Admin Building, Hydraulic Testing Area and External Works. I worked as a “Planning Engineer” on this valuable Project.
Project Budget allocated is approximately USD 63 Million
My duties included but not limited to:
• Review, comment, and approve contractor’s baseline program (Primavera P6 or equivalent)
• Ensure the baseline complies with contract milestones, specifications, and logical sequencing
• Check resources and manpower histograms for feasibility
• Review contractor’s monthly/weekly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
• Highlight delays, slippages, and resource issues to the project manager/client
• Maintain planning and scheduling records for claims/defense (daily reports, progress photos, minutes of meetings)

I worked as Senior Engineer (Construction) on various projects, 3 x G+9 Residential Towers, of UGWT 200, 000 Galloons, OHWT 100, 000 Galloons, and Infrastructure development works.
Projects worth PKR 4.2 billion approx. ($ 14.81 Mn USD)

My duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing all Civil Works, MEP Works from excavation till finishing.
• Monitoring daily activities as per the schedule activities provided by the planning engineer.
• Coordinate and attend progress review meetings with clients and contractors to ensure effective work planning to provide deliverables on time.
• Verifying IPC as per the approved yard stick from the client.
• Organized inauguration of Residential buildings from Chief of Naval Staff.
• Any other duty assigned by the Project Manager.

• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules using project management software.
• Identifying critical paths.
• Tracking project progress against the baseline schedule.
• Preparing regular progress reports and status updates.
• Monitoring the daily activities on site.
• Maintaining extremely good relations with all the stakeholders. Deliver quality products to the client.
• Preparing & presenting presentations to the client as per the milestones achieved.
• Any other duties assigned by the Planning Manager.

• Carried out deep excavation of falcon mall as there are three basement floors for parking and fire
fightingwater tanks.
• Construction of raft footings of the entire structure with huge amount of concreting work.
• Supervision of each and every construction activity at site while ensuring all HSE standards.
• Installation of HVAC systems through mechanical ducts, participated in BMS of the entire mall.
• Installation of multiple escalators, travelators, goods and passenger lifts.
• Construction of Raft & Isolated Footing for installation of OHTL Structures, properly insulated
andEarthen.
• Installation of 2 x 750 Tons Chillers (Water Cooled Chiller System).
• Knowledge of fit-out area and non-fit out area.
• Conducting Fortnightly / Monthly Coordination Meetings at site.
• Any other duties assigned by Project Director.

I worked as on multiple projects including Multi Story Residential and
Commercial buildings, Single Unit Villas, Master Planning of Sector Golf (Having 277 x SU Brig. Houses,
Parks, Masjid, infrastructure and amenities), Construction of multiple Sub Stations and laying of HT
Cables, LT cables, fixing of HT/LT Poles, installation of transformers, VCB Panels and LT 8 Way
Panels.
Project worth more than PKR 11.20 billion Approx. ($41.61 Mn USD)
My Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Creating work breakdown structures to outline project phases, utilizing project management
software (Primavera P6).
• Developing comprehensive project plans with milestones, deliverables, timelines.
• Conducting Progress Tracking with the assistance of Planning Engineer.
• Working with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution.
• Communicating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Closely monitoring the executions of all the construction activities.
• Presenting the status of multiple projects to the management on daily/weekly basis/monthly basis.
