Project Information:
This project is initiated under the authority of “City District Government of Faisalabad” financed by Government of The Punjab. This project is awarded to NLC Engineers. This project includes the construction of Bridges (3 Number), Underpasses (2 Number), and Flyover (1 Number), Retaining Walls (950m Length), Intermediate Pump house reservoir, Piping network approximate (10Km Length) and other Electro-mechanical works. The estimated cost of this project is USD 20 Million.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Preparation of Construction Work Schedules.
 Preparation of Daily Progress Reports.
 Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and identify Areas of Concern to ensure Timely Corrective Actions.
 To Give Weekly Targets to Site Managers & Site Engineers and meet them at the end of each week to monitor previous week Progress and fix the Target for the next week.
 Updating actual progress w.r.t Duration % complete type on monthly basis, comparing it with the Project Baseline and, after Scheduling, Analyzing with Critical Path Method (CPM) in order to avoid any type of delay in Critical Activities.
 Updating higher Management with the current Status of the Project.
 Synchronize with other Departments (Execution, Procurement and Design) for efficient follow-up of the Plan and to accomplish significant Milestones.
 Setting up Recovery Plan by adjusting running plan if Client/Consultant asks for revision.

I prepared the Work Schedules of the Following Projects.
 NFC Residencia Apartments External Power Supply and External Lighting and Pipes.(New Schedule)
 Construction of UBL Regional Building, 1 - Main Gulberg, Lahore.(New Schedule)
 Rehabilitation Works of Electrical Networks in Old City, Lahore.(New Schedule)
 Construction of Vehicular Underpass at Modal Town More, Lahore.(New Schedule)
 Construction of Pedestrians Bridge at N-5, Paracha Town, Lahore.(New Schedule)
 Rehabilitation and Up gradation of Balloki Canal Networks.(Revised Schedule)
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Preparation of Construction Work Schedules and generating graphical reports.
 Preparation of Daily Progress Reports and submission to the Manager Planning & Proposals.
 Monitor the Progress on Weekly Basis by visiting the Sites.
 Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
 Updating the Construction Work Schedules and make sure these are truly reflecting the Site Conditions.
 Updating higher Management with the current status of the Projects.
 Presentation of daily Sites issues to Top Management.
 Preparation of the Logic Schedules on Primavera for the Bidding Projects as per requirements of the Client stated in the Bidding Documents.
 Participate in Project Meetings and Discussions with the Consultant as required, along with the Manager Planning & Proposals.
 To Assist the Contract Engineer for preparation of some Pre-qualification and Tender Documents, in case of free availability of time.
