• Define system components and interfaces to decide which technologies
and resources to be used in the design.
• Design multi-vendor solutions and apply best practices to ensure seamless
integration.
• Devise, Implement, configure, maintain, operate and Managed Services for various network, Infrastructure and Systems components.
• Provide Technical Consultancy and support at presales, design,
Implementation, and operation phases.
• Escalation Point for all Technical Cases: Provide Second Level Support and escalate to Third level support by vendor when needed.
• Participate in writing system technical specs and scope of compliance in
tender documents for consultancy projects.
• Preparation of Technical proposals including design drawings (HLD, LLD),
network diagrams, pricing, and Bill of materials.
• Responsibility for all Technical aspects of product portfolio including Global
vendors Technical Relationship.
• Developing, documenting, and managing all processes for operational
contracts. Including and not limited to support processes, backups, and
emergency support processes.
• Participating in the evaluation of new products and new vendors.
• Developing and maintaining Technical Team Skills and competences.
• Writing scripts to automate system database backups.
• Preparing training material and providing training services for clients.

meets customer's needs and convenience.
• Consistent and serious searching for new solutions and practices to
enhance quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
• All previous responsibilities as a Telecom engineer.

installation conditions.
• Liaising with subcontractors involved in installation to ensure the
achievement of any installation prerequisites.
• Scheduling, attending, and participating in meetings with contractors
and clients before and during installation process.
• Preparing necessary drawings for site installation works.
• Delivering, Implementing, testing, and commissioning efficiently to meet
the client requirements.
• Remote and on-premise troubleshooting, systems upgrade and
maintenance operations.
• Preparing client training material and providing on-premise training
services.

• Working on cases and provide a direct technical support to the client.
• Handling customers’ requirements and problems with professional
immediate action.
• Working on software upgrades and updating systems databases.
