Lead the Site through opening the NCE GATE
-Lead the establishment of Goal Alignment processes - Operational Master Plan / Measure / KPI Development /Operational Reviews / Problem Solving (DMAIC & GSTD)/ Establishment of Standard Routines.
-Coordinate the development of the NCE plan and oversee progress and issue resolution against the master plan.
-Implement appropriate reviews (monthly, quarterly) to review pillar and departments progress in their NCE plans.
-Participate in pillar meetings, department reviews and small group activities to ensure that work is properly integrated and that progress is on track.
-Ensure that NCE work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the vision as determined by the plant zero loss journey, vision, including Total employee involvement.
-Think of ways to keep the organization energized to move through the NCE Journey.
-Set up mini celebrations of successes (passing steps, success case studies, competition: Best OPL(One point lesson), best improvement each month, lines exceeding a true efficiency level).
-Develop a thorough understanding of the NCE efficiency basics and their integration to deliver increased efficiency results early in the NCE implementation including the Downtime tracking, analysis and review processes (SHO, DOR, WOR, MOR, QOR).
-Leadership role and structure to focus on true efficiency.
- Be a link with the team in Zone .
-Be ready to work as a maintenance engineer when the need arises.
-Be ready to take on other duties as assigned.
Worked on production asset intensity (line reliability), where we were considering all non-production time as waste either planned or unplanned stoppage’s. Corrective and preventive action were taken to improve the line efficiency and performance

• Insuring compliance with planned activities through standard routine
• Reduce unplanned stoppages by root cause analysis and implementing preventive action
• Achieving production plan with minimum number of production line in order to reduce cost
• Updating production skill matrix and build their competency
• Drive the employee for 100% engagement
• Build the ownership for the people through empowering them
